Leadership

 

SMH Adil, (Energy Analyst - Mechanical Engineer)

Adil is a Sr. Energy Analyst he has 6 years of research, consultancy, training experience in Energy simulation, modeling and Design fields. Besides this he has served as a visiting faculty in School of Planning and Architecture ITO New Delhi, ISHARE Education Research Foundation, Middle East Center for Sustainable Development (UAE) and Jamia Millia University. He also authored and published research papers in national and international conferences in the related fields He is a Member of many professional bodies like AICTE, SAE and Energy Forum IIT Delhi.

He did his Mechanical Engineer from Jamia University and a post graduate in "Energy and Environmental Management" with specialization of Energy System Modeling, from Indian Institute of Technology Delhi.

He serve GEED in the position of Director for the organization , beside his consultancy and research engagement with other bodies and institutions. His active engagements are in the areas of assessment of Integrated Carbon Neutrality of built Space, Passive design, renewable Energy Systems, Mathematical Modeling/simulation of various Building Component, System and Plant. Whole Building Fault Detection & Diagnostics  and Intelligent/adaptive building design.

M A Pasha, (Consulting Architect - Parallel Design Studio )

Mr. Pasha is Senior Architect, has experience in passive architecture and design. he help us conceptualize the envelop energy efficiency measure for any new projects. he has also has  extensive knowledge of building material and it properties.

Marisha Sharma (Environment Consultant- Min Mec Consultancy Pvt. Ltd.)

Marisha Sharma is a Civil Engineer with a Masters in Environmental Planning. She specialises in preparation of Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and Environmental Management Plan (EMP) for sectors such as mining (coal & non-coal), construction projects, railways, thermal power plants, steel plants, petroleum and chemical industries, etc. She is also undertakes hydrological and hydrogeological studies, resettlement and rehabilitation planning,  monitoring and analysis of  air, water, soil, noise, solid waste, minerals etc., air quality prediction modeling and  allied activities. She is a certified energy auditor and is the Director (Technical) of Min Mec Consultancy Pvt. Ltd.

BOARD OF ADVISORS

Nirmal C Gupta, (Advisor to the Board - Gupta Consultants and Associates)

Mr. N.C. Gupta is amongst the top well known HVAC consultants in India. He has special interest in building energy efficiency and Efficient HVAC design. He guides us in design process and help us vet design for Energy efficiency in building.

Tanmay Tathagat, (Advisor to the Board - Environmental Design Solution)

Tanmay is a pioneer in energy efficiency in India. He is involve with various government and Internationally funded projects for labeling and energy code development program.  He has extensive  experience in Green Building Design process, energy efficiency in architecture, system modeling and hourly simulation. He is one of the most active fellow in green building industry in India. He supports us as a senior advisor in our Low carbon ventures.

Amirullah Khan, (Advisor to the Board - India Development Foundation)

Amir Ullah Khan graduated in Electronics Engineering from the Osmania University. He then studied at the Institute of Rural Management at Anand. For his PhD, he worked on Intellectual Property Issues in International Trade. In 1993, he joined the Indian Civil service. He worked for four years with Project LARGE (Legal Adjustments and Reforms for Globalising the Economy) of the UNDP and Ministry of Finance, Government of India. He headed the Academic unit at the Indian School of Finance and Management, where he taught Economics and Management. Subsequently he worked as Executive Director and Editor, Encyclopaedia Britannica India and as Deputy Secretary General at the PHDCCI. He is a Fellow at the India Development Foundation. He has written on legal and economic issues and his forthcoming book for SAGE is titled "States of the Indian Economy".

Mr. Khan has special interest in energy efficient economy and low carbon venture. He support us in our ventures for low carbon infrastructure development and policy issues.
